Is it really free?

Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card. It covers your booking link, the bookings it brings in, and email confirmations and reminders for you and your customers.

What does Pro add, and how do I get it?

Text message reminders, a calendar, a record of every customer and car, photos, payments and receipts, travel fees, and more — everything on the right of the plans above. Ask from inside the app and we’ll talk you through the price before we switch it on.

What stops bookings from too far away?

At setup you pick your town and how far you’ll drive. An address outside that circle is told so before any time is offered, with your number to call if they’d like to ask.

Do my customers need an account or an app?

No. They open your link in their browser, choose the car and service, and pick a time. Their confirmation and the link to change their booking arrive by email.

Can I keep my website and my card reader?

Yes. Put your link on your site today; on Pro the booking form can sit inside it. Payments stay however you take them now — Pitbase doesn’t process them.
